Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

This policy explains refunds, returns, and cancellation terms for SmartShift Ai purchases.
Digital products (including downloads)
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all digital product sales are final once access is provided, except where required by law.
If you have trouble accessing a download, contact info@gosmartshiftai.com and we will help you obtain access.
Digital Life Legacy Guide (DLLG)
- Digital download version: final sale once access is provided.
- Printed/bound version (if offered): If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or provide an appropriate remedy.
Custom Celebration Songs
Custom songs are made-to-order and personalized. For that reason:
- All custom song sales are final once production begins.
- If there is a delivery issue (file not received), we will re-send and confirm delivery.
- If there is an error due to information we misapplied (e.g., a misspelled name you clearly provided), we will correct it.
Services / consulting calls
If you book a call or service session:
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice unless your booking page states otherwise.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged or counted as used sessions.
Workshops and events
Workshop/event refundability and transfer policies will be shown on the registration page. If SmartShift Ai cancels an event, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
Memberships / subscriptions
Unless otherwise stated on the membership page or checkout:
- You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
- Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and not prorated.
- Unused benefits do not roll over.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at info@gosmartshiftai.com so we can resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased content and services.
